Orders

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, it may be due to a hold on your payment system or the email has landed in your spam folder. 
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email our Customer Team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or edited. For order cancellations, please contact us at [email protected]. We will be more than happy to assist you with your request. However, once an order is being prepared for shipment or marked as shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your online order. Our warehouse ships from Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 10 AM ET, will typically ship the following business day, pending availability and credit card verification. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout. Actual delivery date may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, delays due to third-party shipping carriers, or other conditions. We are unable to make any change to your order or shipping address once your order has shipped. Please contact the shipping company and the address you have sent your order to as soon as possible. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund your order once it arrives back at our distribution center.

Shipping

We offer complimentary free shipping on all orders above $49. Orders that are below this amount will be charged a flat rate fee of $4.99

Tozad Beauty currently ships to all states within Continental USA, excluding private mailboxes (PMB), PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. You may experience longer delivery times if your shipping location is remote.

No, currently we do not offer international shipping. However, we are operating in India and orders within Usa can be placed on www.tozadbeautyin.com

We typically process all orders within 1-3 business days for processing of all orders. Any orders placed after 10 AM ET will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address the customer provided during checkout.

*During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and a shipment to be made.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of new, unopened products and unused products purchased from our website at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. 

 

All products must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, along with your order information. If the safety seal of the product is broken, that would mark the product as broken and will be termed as ineligible for a return. Please accept our apologies, as we are a small business and would request people to not take advantage by using the product and returning after using it. 

  • Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale items, or products that are specified as non-returnable in the product description, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Only the original purchase price plus applicable taxes will be refunded. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

*Your order information can be found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

If your Tozad product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies and contact Customer Service immediately for a resolution.

We are sorry you received a damaged product. Please email customer service at [email protected], within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include “damaged product” in the subject line and in the body of the email include the following details: your name, order number, name of product that arrived damaged, a description of the damage and photos. Please note, we will not be able to accept a product damage claim without proper picture proofs. We are a small business and cannot let fake people take advantage of us, so we would require a proper photo proof to start a damaged product claim.

We are sorry we left out a product from your order.

Please email customer service at [email protected], as soon as possible. Please include “missing product” in the subject line and in the body of the email include the following details: your name, order number, and the product(s) missing from your order along with pictures.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns along with the original packaging and receipt/invoice. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned products, and to ensure that the returned products are in the same condition as received.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product) so please reach out to Customer Service.

Only merchandise purchased from www.tozadbeautyin.com can be returned to www.tozadbeauty.com within 30 days of purchase. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.tozadbeauty.com, please contact the place of purchase for a resolution.

Return processing may take up to 14 business days and after the return is processed it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Additional delays can occur if your order invoice was not included with your return. Once your return shipment is inspected and refunded, we will send you an email confirmation.

Products

Use a pea sized amount of moist face and massage in circular motion for a few seconds. Wash off with water or a washcloth. Pat dry and follow with the rest of the skincare routine. This is an extremely gentle face cleanser and can be easily used both morning and evening. Its formula will effectively clear up the bad bacteria and control oil and sebum production without drying your skin.

Use it on a clean skin, i.e. after washing your face with our brightening face wash. Apply a thin layer using your fingers or a mask brush all over your face. Avoid the sensitive eye and lip area. Focus on your problem areas with acne, blackheads or whiteheads. Leave on for 10 min and wash off with water. Follow with our balancing face toner, revitalizing face serum and renew face cream for the most benefit. This is an advanced face mask and is best used twice a week if you are just starting out. You can build it 3 times a week after your skin is used to the mask.

Our balancing face toner should be used as a first step after cleaning your face with face wash and mask. Spray 2-3 spritz all over your face and neck and gently pat the toner on your skin with your fingers. Follow with our Revitalizing face serum. This should be used every time you are applying your skincare.

This is usually a second step in your skin care routine. Apply 2-3 drops on moist skin immediately after using our balancing face toner and gently pat with your fingers and let the actives absorb. For best results, use twice a day.

Do you like to give your eyes extra TLC? Do you need to get rid of dark circles and make them look bright and awake? Then you need to use our quick absorbing gel based eye serum after you apply your toner. This product is formulated with 3 powerful skin brightening agents and will work on lightening your dark circles in no time. It glides easily, absorbs quickly and does not feel heavy or sticky on the skin.

Our renew face cream should be used to lock in the goodness of your toner, serum and eye serum. Apply a small pea sized amount to your face, neck and decollete for a layer of extra hydration. Added actives also work on your problem areas which give you an instant hydrated and healthy glowing look. This can be your last step in skincare if using it at night but follow with a good quality sunscreen during the day.

We are an enterprise who believe in preserving animal lives and nature. We have chosen not to do any kind of torture or testing on animals. We are continuously working on reducing plastic waste by using the glass bottles as much as possible and will continue to remove plastic from our packaging as we grow.

We have carefully crafted and tested our products to be safe on all skin types including sensitive skin. But every skin is different and even after extensive testing you could be one of those 1 in a million cases and so, if you are concerned, please carefully read all our ingredients and do a patch test on your arm for 24 hours before using the product. If any reaction occurs, please stop use immediately and contact your dermatologist.

Our products are designed to help you out with these conditions and should be very well safe and effective. But if you have any questions, please consult a dermatologist before using our product.

We have used as many organic ingredients in our products as possible. All of our raw material is sourced from fair trade and are of the utmost quality. We will never compromise on the quality of our product or formulations.

Yes, all our products are free from parabens and SLS.

Our products have been through a thorough lab testing and qualify as non-comedogenic. It should not cause you new breakouts. There are times you might experience more breakout immediately after using our product and that could be because your skin is purging the bad stuff out because of the actives in our products. Please give it about 7-10 days for your skin to adjust to our products. Please reach out to us on the particular product you are interested in, and we will be happy to assist you with further details.

Yes, our products are designed by keeping acne scars in mind, and using them regularly and dedicatedly will show you a reduction in acne scars in no time. 2-3 weeks of constant use of our product range will give you glowing and scar-free skin.
