The Evolution
I had a vision to harness the power of calendula in my skincare routine, and so I embarked on a journey of research, formulation, and testing. In my small apartment, I transformed a corner into a makeshift lab where I experimented with different extracts, infusions, and products. After months of dedication, I began to see a remarkable transformation in my skin. Scars faded, acne decreased, and my confidence soared. I no longer felt the need to hide behind makeup. I had rediscovered my inner beauty.
Word of my newfound radiance spread amongst friends and family, who began requesting their own personal formulations. This sparked a realization that I could help countless other women who shared similar struggles. I founded a skincare brand, with the mission of empowering women to feel beautiful again.

The Beginning
In 2013, I, Swati Gupta, Co-Founder of Tozad beauty, was embarking on a new journey of married life. But, my excitement and joy were dampened by the acne breakouts and post acne scarring that left my self-confidence broken. For 3 years, I tried every product and saw multiple skin specialists, but I could never regain the radiance in my skin that I once had. In 2016, on a trip to India, the natural healing properties of calendula flowers caught my attention. I realized that these pious flowers that even our Gods love could be the solution to my skin issues. This epiphany marked the beginning of Tozad beauty’s journey, where we harness the power of nature to provide simple, clean, and effective skincare solutions for those who desire to radiate natural beauty.
